We are committed to strengthening and growing existing churches in kingdom effectiveness for their communities and beyond.

We believe the local church is the hope of the world and as such every church needs opportunities for support, coaching, training, and encouragement to follow through on what they believe the Lord is inviting and challenging them to be and do.

We have developed a regionally-based training, coaching, and ongoing support structure for pastors and their teams who desire to catalyze missional discipleship in their contexts.
