The Rev. Brian Chase

Elected as the Secretary of the Synod

Fr. Brian M. Chase is the Rector at Christ the Redeemer Anglican Church in Danvers, Massachusetts, where he has served for one year. Fr. Brian received a B.S. in Bible and Theology from Malone University in Canton, Ohio, and a M. Div from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in 2010, with an emphasis in Anglican Studies.

He was ordained a deacon by Bishop Bill Murdoch in June of 2010 in the ADNE, and was priested at the hands of Bishop Bill Ilgenfritz in December of 2010 in the MDAS. Fr. Brian planted All Saints Anglican Church in Canton, Ohio beginning in 2011, and in 2016 Fr. Brian became the rector at Church of the Good Shepherd in Wichita Falls, Texas in the EDFW. At the end of 2022, Fr. Brian received a call to return back to the North Shore to serve at Christ the Redeemer Anglican Church. Fr. Brian has been married to Amy Chase for 17 years, and together they have three children: Alaina, Alex, and Eli. Fr. Brian is interested in liturgics, patristics, hiking and cooking.
