Anglican Church of the Apostles is a body of believers that desires to Glorify God in Loving Community.  It is our hope to find a worship leader who wants to use their talents to lead our church in praise and worship.

Job Description:

We are looking for a Worship Leader to lead our congregation during our Sunday morning service and other special events.  The worship leader will work closely with our pastor and members to facilitate and provide the musical elements of the service. Candidates must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and possess a strong vocal ability and a working knowledge of contemporary Christian music.

Requirements and responsibilities include:

  • Work in conjunction with the lead pastor on creative worship experiences revolving around liturgical and sermon themes

  • Meet regularly with lead pastor for planning and discipling

  • Organize, lead, and teach contemporary Christian music during the Sunday morning service

  • Possess a strong vocal ability

  • Ability to play guitar and or keyboard

  • Utilize talent within the church when practical and capable of coordinating qualified musicians outside the church to enhance the worship service

Expected weekly hours average 7-10 hours/week including 2 hours each Sunday morning. Salary commensurate with experience.

Job Type: Part-time
