Jennifer Jukanovich, Ph.D.

Elected to the Ecclesiastical Court

As faculty of the M.J. Murdock Charitable Trust and nonprofit consultant, Jennifer Jukanovich brings together 25 years of domestic and international nonprofit leadership and experience to her role as an executive coach and advisor. From 2013-2019, Jennifer served as Vice President for Student Life at Gordon College. Prior to joining the Gordon College administration, Jukanovich lived and worked in Rwanda, where her family co-founded Karisimbi Business Partners. Jennifer has previously served as the Founder and Executive Director of The Vine, executive assistant to the president of the Council for Christian Colleges and Universities, and personal assistant to President Clinton’s volunteer religious liaison and as an associate with the Renaissance Weekends. She has her Ph.D. in Global Leadership and Change from Pepperdine University, her MA Theology from Fuller Theological Seminary, and her B.A. in Political Studies from Gordon College. She is active on the board of Teaching Training Together, serves as a co-investigator for the internationally celebrated 2020 GLOBE (Global Leadership and Organizational Behavior Effectiveness) project, and volunteers at Trinity North Shore Anglican Church. Jennifer and her husband, Dano, live in Wenham, Massachusetts, with their three children, Lian (20), Anna (17), and Nathanael (14).
