Susan Skillen trained as a spiritual director through the Shalem Institute over 25 years ago. She founded the Holy Conversation spiritual director training program twelve years ago for our diocese and loves watching participants discover their gifts and call to this ministry. She has taught spiritual formation in a variety of settings and has enjoyed leading dozens of retreats and pilgrimages in the US, Italy and England. She is married to John and they have four married daughters and six grandchildren."
